About Our Program
The BFA Acting program aims to help students reach their full potential as actors, preparing them to navigate and adapt to the constantly changing industry post-graduation. Our program is a four-year, conservatory-style degree that provides top-notch actor training within a nationally respected university near two of the most prolific artistic hubs in central Texas.
Classes You'll Take
Our BFA Acting program dedicates itself to developing students' acting craft while prioritizing their physical and mental well-being. By offering intensive conservatory-style acting classes, specialized workshops, and personalized coaching, we aim to create a nurturing and empowering atmosphere where students can grow as actors and as individuals. We are devoted to equipping our students for prosperous and enduring careers in acting.

Admission
Admission to the TXST Acting program is two-prong. Applicants must apply to the University and the program. The program requires a prescreen audition in order to receive an invitation to callbacks.
