Overview
Our program is a pre-professional intensive study in theatrical production for the entertainment industry. Following the apprenticeship model, students will gain hands-on experience as artisans, designers, and managers under the mentorship of industry-leading professors specializing in their technical area of interest, while acquiring a well-rounded base of knowledge in all technical disciplines.
Admission
In their first year as pre-BFA Technical Production students, they should complete Stagecraft, Intro to Design, and a class from the Technical Emphasis List with a “C” letter grade or better for program admittance. Admitted students must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
