Texas State University’s beautiful 507 acre campus houses more than 38,000 students, which makes our university one of the largest in the state of Texas. In addition, the Department of Theatre and Dance is one of the top schools in Texas for dance.

Sept. 27, 2025 (for consideration for spring 26 and fall 26)

Live audition dates:
Oct.4, 2025 (for consideration for spring 26 and fall 26)

Auditions are only required for the BFA Performance and Choreography and BFA Dance Teacher Certification programs.
