Our rigorous curriculum covers every aspect of theatre performance and production, provides a solid foundation in theatre history and analysis, offers a broad exposure to process drama, including thorough coverage of pedagogy and education theory, and features extensive classroom experience at the high school, middle school, and/or elementary levels.

Classes You'll Take
Our program is dedicated to nurturing, challenging, and celebrating our students as whole theatre artists by offering students many unique opportunities for developing cross-disciplinary skills, which is at the heart of our commonly held value of the fundamentally collaborative nature of theatre.
Admission
The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, Teacher Certification degree welcomes aspiring artists—no audition or interview needed. Just select “pre-theatre” or “theatre” as your major on the university application to get started.
